We operate online mainly through the use of PayPal.

PayPal helps keep your transactions secure by not sharing your full financial information with sellers.

Contact Paypal if anything seems suspicious so they can help you protect yourself from fraudulent charges against your account. Secret Ingredients and PayPal will never ask for sensitive information in an email.

If there’s a problem with a transaction, Paypal will put a hold on the funds until the issue is resolved. PayPal will investigate and stay involved in every step of the way.

Shipping Policy:

 

Returns & Exchanges

Currently, we do not accept refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations. There are no price adjustments.

Shipping

​Secret Ingredients will not be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or shipped to the wrong address. When checking out be sure to use the correct shipping address. (This could be different than your billing address) If USPS or UPS is unable to deliver, please contact your local postal service to arrange to pick up or delivery. If the package is stolen, please contact USPS or UPS to file a claim.

 

Orders placed after 6 A.M. EST, ship the next business day unless otherwise noted. As soon as the order ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number. Please note all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day.

 

If the package has been marked as delivered and if the package cannot be located, we require a 24-36 hour wait time to ensure USPS or UPS will not make another attempt for delivery.

Secret Ingredients will not be responsible for packages shipped to the incorrect address entered by the customer. If the entered address is incorrect and the package has left our facility, we suggested contacting your local USPS or UPS office for help or visit either www.usps.com or www.ups.com. We will not re-ship an order due to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
